Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MLINO Content Studio (the "Service"), operated by MLINO ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Connected Third-Party Accounts

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (such as Instagram or Facebook via Meta) at your own discretion. By connecting an account, you:

• Confirm that you are authorized to connect and publish to that account.
• Authorize MLINO to publish content to that account, but only content you have explicitly reviewed and approved within the Service.
• Remain subject to the connected platform's own terms of service (e.g. Meta's Terms and Community Standards).

You may disconnect a connected account at any time from your workspace settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the terms of any connected platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' workspaces.
• Use the Service to send spam or engage in deceptive or manipulative publishing practices.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service beyond your authorized use.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant MLINO a limited license to store, process, and — only upon your explicit approval — publish that content to the destinations you choose.

6. Human-in-the-Loop Publishing

MLINO does not autonomously publish content to any connected account. Every publish action requires a specific, explicit approval step performed by a person with access to your workspace.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLINO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken on connected third-party platforms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
